All i know that Zirconium (IPA: /zəˈkəʊniəm, ˌzɛːˈkəʊniəm, zɜːɹ'kəʊniəm) is a chemical element in the modern periodic table that is assigned the symbol Zr and has the atomic number 40. A lustrous gray-white, strong transition metal that resembles titanium, zirconium is obtained chiefly from zircon and is very corrosion resistant. Zirconium is primarily used in nuclear reactors due to its resistance to corrosion and low neutron cross-section.

Safe or not..? dunno.....
Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachloro Hydrex means in each molecule of it, there are 1 Al (Aluminum), 1 Zr (Zirconium), 5 Cl (Tetrachloro=5 Chlorides), and certain amount of water (hydrex= H2O=water), and it is in a crystal form(solid).
Well, Dove use it for its solid anti-perspirant deodorant, so I think it's OK to use.
