She may be constipated from eating something she shouldn't have or she may have worms or another medical problem, but blood in the stool, especially if it has been for more then a day or two is usually not a good sign I would recomend taking her to a vet as soon as possible.

I know exactly what you are going through. Last year, we adopted our first "keeper" dog (not just to foster) from our animal shelter. He had all his shots and we took him to the vet for his check up the same week we got him and our vet said he was in great shape. btw he was approx 4 months old when all this happened. Approx 1 and a half weeks after having him, I noticed he had blood in his stool, then he had an accident in the house (bloodyish diarhea) like he just could NOT make it outside (and he was doing pretty good with potty training). It was the weekend, but my vets office # goes to his home after hours. His main concern was the dog acting like it was in pain? It was not. One thing to observe is if your dog acts like she is in pain. Anyway, since he didnt appear to be in any pain, he said bring him in first thing Monday morning. I WAS FREAKED cause one sign of Parvo is bloody stool. But also dogs that have Parvo eat very little and are lethargic (according to my vet bc he asked about energy and eating when I told him we feared Parvo, and when I said he is still eating like a pig and playing, that was what mainly caused him to wait till Monday to see my dog). And I am not bringing up Parvo to freak you out, I just know how scary it is when your dog has something wrong and you suspect the worst disease that goes with that symptom. Anyway, went to the vet and did a Parvo test and it was Neg. It turned out my dog had some stomach sickness that can cause diarhhea that a dog can get from other dogs if they are in close contact with an infected dog AND the red dye in his food (Kibbles-n-Bits at the time) was irritating his bowels. So we switched his food and got meds. After meds were gone, he was fine, then 3 days after meds gone it happened again and we had to repeat treatment with stronger meds/longer course of meds. I dont remember the name of the illness, but you DEFINITELY need to take your dog to the vet. Hope everything works out OK, and your dog might have something totally different, I am no expert, just reminded me of what happened to my dog. Good Luck btw our dog is fine now and has never had those symptoms again

She could have a number of aliments. First thing tomorrow take her to the vet along with a stool sample in a zip lock. This is serious even if it is only parasites.

Hi my dog had these symptoms last year and I found out he had worms. Give him/her an all wormer treatment and if it doesn't stop then your dog might have something wrong with it's bowel.
Good luck I hope your dog is ok!

A vet should answer this question. I don't know the answer. Maybe it's an enteritis that requires antibiotics. Maybe it's cancer. How could anyone here answer when they haven't seen your dog!
