Hello, you are interested to learn all of those Scandinavian languages or maybe one of it? I would like to suggest you to choose one of them ( I would begin with Dutch, because it's wide spread, spoken in Netherland, Denmark and other Scandinavian countries understand it very well or with Norwegian).
As to Norwegian ( Norsken) the free sites are so limited, but the best you can dig into are:
http://www.sparklad.no
http://www.apronus.com/norsk/norsk_links
http://www.stolaf.edu/depts/norwegian/gr
I suggest you to read the link about the Norwegian as it has two forms, "Nynorsk" and "Bokmaal" at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/norwegian_l

Good sites for learning on-line Dutch are:

http://www.forbeginners.info/dutch/
http://www.speakdutch.nl/
http://www.happy.demon.nl/dutch/

See at that site for Swedish:

Hope that helps!
Have a nice day!

Look up the program Rosetta Stone at the Library. If you can go on line from home you might log on on the home page. Good luck
