I'm on a working holiday visa in NZ....in england where i'm from you can get the pill for free just going into a gum/family planning clinic. where would i get it from here and would i/how much would i have to pay? Thanks

you would have to go to the doctors or a family planning clinic and ask for the pill, they usually take your blood pressure and give you a script. Depending on the pill that you take it can be anywhere from $20 upwards (thats for 3 months worth though)

Any clinic should be able to prescribe. If you have a local NZ address, it was my experience that they don't really ask any questions about your citizenship. Someone told me once that if you have a work visa you are covered anyway since you are contributing in taxes, but don't know if that is accurate. Typically though, if you don't bring it up they won't either.

Sounds like you are not in a monogomous relationship. The pill is probably not the best BC method for you- does not protecct from STD's- Insist on protection!
