The Last Supper consisted of the passover meal which contains lamb, bitter herbs, unleavened bread and other ingredients.
Passover was when God passed over all homes of the Israelites who had blood from a clean lamb on their doorposts. God spared the first born sons of the Israelites and did not spare the first born sons of the Egyptians. This was the last plague before Pharoah let Moses and the Israelites leave.

The "last supper" was a Seder, so there was undoubtedly meat served. However, the group was Jewish. so no dairy would be served at the meal with meat.
