all you have are signs that he is interested in you, but he hasn't actually talked to you directly yet, has he? he's probably fishing for signs that you'd be willing to accept him in either of two eventualities: (1) he has you at the same even as he keeps his relationship with his girlfriend; (2) he junks his girl in your favor. either way, you've already stated how you feel about.
disregard the talk. tell him what and how you feel about things...when he does talk to you. short of that, it's just bait waiting for you to catch.

tell his g/f what hes doing and let her deal with it. tell her you wanted her to know before he took it too far. its not a good feeling when you know your b/f is looking at other girls but its better for her to know than be played. and its bet coming from your. sorry babe buts its your call on this one. good luck
