why do you want to tell her, and not someone else? is it so important that she know?

try asking questions like do you think being gay is wrong? how would you feel if one of your family member was gay and if the response is at least kind of good and your not totally uncomfortable or scared or hurt then just tell her and if you really trust your cuz you shouldn't be worried.
