Actually, in some cultures, distant cousins are allowed to wed. If you feel that it's improper, then treat it like any other distasteful temptation. Ignore the feeling, think about something else, eventually, it'll go away.

it sounds gross but if the love is really real and true we have nothing to do with it. love is sometimes does conflicting but as its hard to accept better help him/herself to stop the feeling grow and became deeper.
