Does anyone know of a website that shows how to make paint look weathered and old?

I want to make a painted wood sign, but want it to look old and weathered. Like with cracked paint and what not. If anyone has a site or can tell me how to do it, you will no doubt get best answer.

To get a crackled look paint some plain old white glue (diluted a bit with water) on the wood. Let it dry then paint it the color you want. The glue won't allow the paint to adhere properly so it will crackle. There is also a crackle medium available in paint and craft stores that give this effect. When the paint is dry take some fine sandpaper and very lightly sand just some around the edges. You can also take a little black or dark paint dab some on and wipe it off right away. Do that in a few places but not all over so it looks a little dirty and used.
