I have been wondering what kind of snack, energy bar, and etc. would help me on my running. Hear potassium (bananas) can help on restoring worn out muscles to prevent your legs from getting sore. Any thing else?
Any energy bars? But I really don't like Power Bar and I have a suspicion it doesn't really do anything.
Anyways, just curious. I only do pole vaulting and some other jumps, nothing really extraneous (I think).
