Okay, I like the area I live in because there is this hot boy, but I know he'll never like me, but I still like seeing him at church. If I wait 2 more years, I can go to highschool with him. He'll prolly have a gf by then. Or, I can move to another place 2 hours away, where my mom will build a new {totally larger} house with a swimming pool and everything. [way larger]. If I move, I can get a fresh start. Possible popularity and new friends and everything accept I wont see this boy anymore. I won't really miss this house too much. Should I move, or stay. Give reasons please. :]]

I think you should move. Not much point of staying if you think the guy will like you in two years time. There is more of a chance for you to get a boyfriend if you move because its a brand new start.

If moving and having a fresh start sounds like a good plan for you, then DO IT. Sounds like your mom wants to move with you. Don't base your decision on the house. Base it on what a change of schools might be able to do for you.
Don't base your decision on that boy, either. You said there's no real chance of getting with him.
Find someone else who likes you!

dont wait for this boy. move now! with a big house comes other rich guys with big houses. and honey, money always makes people look better.
