Make sure she has all the water she wants. Did the vet tell you to feed pedialite? I would think that would aggravate the intestines and increase the diarrhea. My advice is to give her the meds prescribed with a teaspoon of food such as rice with boiled chicken, no fat. Every few hours I would give her another teaspoon of the same food. NO SNACKS, NO MILK. Do not allow her to eat her regular diet until you get the diarrhea under control, then mix some chicken and rice with a very small amount of her regular food. Continue to do this increasing a little at a time. If she has diarrhea again, start all over again.
Since you have been to the vets, I think you should also give them a call and see what they say.

Has ur puppy been wormed ? That is one of the biggest causes of diarrhea in puppies. Take a stool sample to the vet , he will give u the proper meds for the type of worms she may have.
It could also be caused by her diet, table scraps r not good for a puppy and most can`t tolerate milk, just feed her name brand puppy chow. I`ve never heard of giving a dog Pedialite, did ur vet recommend u give it to her ? Perhaps another visit to the vet would be smart if the diarrhea continues. If she has been wormed and u have not changed her diet, something more serious could be going on. U did not state what type of meds u r giving her, she may need an antibiotic for intestinal virus. Only a vet can prescribe the right medicine.

what did the vet say? Definately keep up the liquids even if you have to forse it down her, this should keep her alive. You might even switch it up with some good broth. How are you feeding her, try a sirenge without the needle, or even better try tube feeding, you will need someone to hold her, but tube feeding can be a life saver and has it's advantages by not wearing you or the pup out as much...you can feed her in a fraction of the time! If she will eat solids give her some plain cooked oatmeal with no sugar or milk in it, also mush up some puppy food or cereal like grapenuts with some broth or other liquid to soften and heat it in the microwave untill warm....don't burn the pup.

when people have diarrhea, you go on the BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Ask the vet if there is something like that for dogs.

I have heard that the best thing for any doggy with an upset stomach is boiled chicken and rice. We gave it to our puppy when he was feeling ill and it seemed to work to settle his stomach.
Good luck!

Rice and vanilla yogurt (not plain, because they don't like the flavor). I fed my dogs this, and they felt better in hours
