i'd go with Boston Acoustic, MB Quart, Kenwood Excelon, Pioneer Premier or Diamond audio. you wont find any of those brands at best buy or circut city though. so if you want a good speaker, like you claim too, then you wont find one at BB or CC. go to a private shop and listen to some stuff and see what they have to offer.

you dont really need to give them there exact rms. most are about 50-100 watts. you'll need a amp to get that kind of powre though. but if you just hook them up to your head unit they will work just fine. however with a amp, they will sound a lot better, and perform like there suppose too.

good luck.

kicker is really good in fact cruthchfield.com is having a crazy sell for those things, picked up a set for me, they sound awesome. rms is very important, rms means continuous power they can run from an external amplifier or if you do not have an external amplifier they will sound good anyway. but if you want some thump consider installing a small 4x50 watts amp

Check'em out at your local dealer. There's alot of difference according to how much power(watts) is feed to'em.
