I broke up with him a couple weeks ago because he was so jelous and VERY possesive. Now, hes' threatening to crash and kick the crap out of everyone at my best friends upcomming birthday party. Not only this, but he's threatening to bring his 'buddies'.
Of course, my friend and I have invited guests who see the problem our way and aren;t quite ready to allow the place to be crashed, but I don't see hw this will help. I've told him I wasn't happy and it just wasn't working, and it's not helping.
I have until the second or marsh to figure something out. i really don;t want my friend's birthday to go up in smoke because of something a pathetic as my ex's revenge.

Buy a gun, or better yet, just tell him you bought a gun. Maybe just tell him that your uncle's drunk NRA buddies are attending.

I'm guessing you're a teenager or at least school age so this is pretty easy. Call his mom and tell her that her son has some demented plans to ruin a party he's not invited too. If you don't want to call her, call the cops the day of the party and give them a heads up on what your ex intends to do. Even if it's an idle threat (and it probably is), he'll get caught and look like a fool. More than likely, he's just trying to scare you into not going or inviting him along. Don't give into a bully. Tell your friends parents too. They'll probably call the cops themselves if they find out.
This guy sounds like a total loon. Don't talk to him anymore and don't tell him you plan on telling anyone about his stupid plan. If he brings it up again, just tell him "That's nice" and walk off or hang up. He just wants your attention and right now, he's got it. It's a sad excuse for you to pay attention to him. Don't indulge him anymore and call the proper authorities and get him into trouble!

Girl do what you must, he may just be threatening to you because he is bitter about being dumped. Let all your friends and even your parents/guardians know if you are genuinely concerned. Be ready to call the cops if he crashes the party because thats just not cool. You cannot invade the property of some place you aren't wanted.

File and order for protection. You can file it at your local courthouse. It will be free or very minimal cost. This will say he cannot come near you or where you live. Then you can immediately call the police if he comes anywhere near the party.

Is this party going to be at your friend's house, and does she live with her parents? Tell them you've told your friend's dad about the situation & he is prepared for them to show up & he will take care of the situation.

you have your dad flow with you to talk to the ex.tell him if he makes any extra threats you would be going to the police,.tell him that he has a concern along with his temper and being egocentric and infantile and it is going to get him into hardship and he ought to work out a counselor previously it does.
