Blackheads are pores filled with hard plugs of oil, and they will stay there until you squeeze them out. You can buy a blackhead remover from the pharmacy, usually in the section with cuticle trimmers, tweezers, etc, that has a rounded end that you press on the skin to help force the blackheads out, since they're small it's hard to squeeze them out with just the fingers.
You can also use a salicylic acid astringent, or use pore strips like Biore's made for removing blackheads. These aren't quite as effective as physically removing them though.

Yes, that blackhead remover tool thingie works very well. It's silver and sort of kind of looks like a tweezer, but it has loops on the end of it.
Astringent is helpful. Clean and Clear (in the purple bottles) makes a very affordable face cleanser and astringent. I use both and like them a lot.
I also use the Pond's / Biore / whoever Nose Strips to remove the blackheads on my nose. They work WONDERFULLY!
Last but not least, go get a facial. It'll be worth it. Spend the $$ and they get rid of all of your blackheads. It's so refreshing!
Good luck!

Trying to conceal stuff on our faces could become a little messy and look really bad. I would recommend drinking more water and exercising. Be sure to wash your face at least two to three times a day with a gentle soap/exfoiliator. I also like the Biore strips, they tend to work well on my face, as well as professional facials.
If all else fails, steam your face and gently push them out. Good luck!

Try Avon's Skincare Specialist Blackhead Remover. One side removes blackheads, the other removes whiteheads. Comes in a cute pink pouch.
I'm also a big fan of Biore nose strips. They work wonders!

Biore pore strips work great to get rid of them temporarily. Try using those along with a good facial wash for acne prone skin.

I have had this problem for many years. Now I take apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and my pimples, zits, blackheads are gone. 2 tbls. in a glass of water 2 x day. I also saturate a cotton pad with apple cider vinegar and wipe my face with it. This makes my skin smooth and soft. ACV is good for hair and nails too. Read the apple cider vinegar cures website.

Try not to conceal them 'cos it would only make it worse. You really need to clear them away!
Well, there's a lot of truth to the saying,"What you eat, becomes you," so firstly you have to be watchful of what you eat if you want great skin.I'm not saying that you can't eat all the normal things you eat but you'd probably need to add more fruits & vegetables in your diet as well as keeping yourself well hydrated.
Fruits such as blueberries,strawberries,cherr... are all good source of antioxidant. And fruits like papaya,mangoes,pineapples,oran... are all good for skin.Vegetables like broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, tomatoes are all good sources of wonderful multi-vitamins.So eat up!
Supplements like Zinc is also beneficial for the body and green tea is also great for skin.Recommended this to my sis,and it works wonderfully for her.Check this out:-

and this great info:-

And after all that you might also wanna try using St.Ives Apricot Scrub.Been using it myself, really great for the skin & blackheads!

If you want something more natural then I've been also doing this natural exfoliant for myself.Try it.
For glowing skin(external remedy):
Mash strawberries, papaya, pineapple and powdered kaolin clay(from your local health-food store) into a thick paste and pour into a bowl.
Add brown sugar;mix to make an exfoliant.
Stand in the shower and gently rub this "smoothie" all over your face, onto dry skin in circular motions.Rinse and towel dry.
**Payoff: Pineapple & papaya have exfoliating enzymes that soften your skin. The strawberry seeds & sugar are natural grainy sloughers, while clay will draw out dulling impurities.
All the best,hon! :)

ok....i know they say not to do this, but i want to give you an honest answer. what works for me is squeezing them. scrubbing and cleaning your face like crazy won't do a thing. i just squeeze them out( it might take me a few times, but eventually they go away). Since you have a lot on your 'T-Zone area', I would suggest Biore strips to attack them all at once.
