Accountability, managability, sound competitive bid process, and oversight on those alocations.
And cutting out the bureacracy of things.
Keep it simple.
Hold a bid in competition. Account for the money to see if quality product or service is offered. Fulfill the bid amount.
Bit bam boom, whats the problem?
Greedy republicans cutting backdoor deals and giving away money by the billions, as if it wasnt theres.
Oh wait..it isnt.
But you know the ol republican motto
"whats in it for me...get away with what you can"

Nope. they have too much power. We are doomed. And it doesn't matter who you vote for. Republicrat or Demopublican. There isn't a dime's worth of difference between them.
