Im going to ASSUME you are a guy because I can't tell by the name if not no offense is intended. The answer to this question is Nope. It is not wierd at all. Its actually very normal to feel like this. It doesn't get any easier either. You will always like older girls, well at least you will until you are older then things change to liking younger women when you are older LOL. Its part of life. Older girls are just more devoloped and thats the reason you want them. Some friendly advice is to just admire them. Actually hooking up is not gona happen and you'll embarass yourself if you try. its just that Grown women don't dig on adolescents. If they do then they have issues. Its against the law for a reason. It works both ways for women and men you know. messing with a teenage girl is just as wrong as messing with a teenage boy. people that do these things are predators and that's not the kind of thing you want in your life. Trust me. I know you are thinking but I would be cool with it, but its still screwed up. Look around you. There are plenty of hot girls your age. You are 14, you have a long time to get involved in all this later. I was 14 too and remember Really well what puberty and growing up and attraction is all about. Don't rush into it. ask any grown ups and they are gonna tell you the same thing. There's plenty of time. This chic is way off limits on so many levels. keep your eyes peeled there is a hot l;ittle 14 year old looking for you right now. just don't miss her by staring at something that's off limits.

It's not weird, but I'd forget about it all the same. I was once 14 and know exactly how you feel, but let's be real. It'll never happen. We can have dreams though...

Yes, it's normal. The phrase is call a crush or maybe even a deep crush and it might seen like love but it's not. you might think she's the girl of your dream or your future love but as time pass you realize that it will go away but slowly depending how much you like her.
