Yes! Tuna is pareve, which means it's neither meat nor milk, so you can eat it with either. --- I am editing this to answer some of the other answers. 8^) Gefilte fish is fish chopped up and pressed back together, then sort of poached in broth. It's like a fish meatloaf. It can be very good. The stuff you buy in jars is not bad, but my grandmother from Russia made the very BEST. I miss her cooking. Shellfish was not kosher because if it is eaten out of season or not properly cleaned and prepared it can KILL you. Of course the ancients didn't understand this, so they just banned it outright. I eat shellfish, but I don't like it that much. Actually the rule was not to 'seethe a kid in its mother's milk'. This meant a goat. It's not really even clear that it meant ALL meat and ALL milk, though that's how it's always been interpreted.

Well, Subway is technically a fast food but a much better option tha other places. I used to work at Subway- the tuna is LOADED with mayo, even if you don't get extra on it you still get a lot of mayo in the tuna.

It depends on what you consider fast food. Subway is a fast food restaurant so technically yes. If you are trying to do this for healthy reasons, then there are ways to eat at fast food restaurants and not have the food be bad for you. Most places even have salads and fruit cups now. Fast food doesn't have to be unhealthy food.

I worked at Subway for 5 years. there are a few healthy sandwiches and the turkey breast without cheese and dressing is low in fat. The tuna is not low in fat. It is mixed with low fat mayo but it still isn't;t on their low fat menu. As for counting it as fast food, I would have to say yes.

Eat only when hungry. No more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Techinically yes, but it isn't bad for you like eating a triple decker hamburger with cheese and fries. Subway is really a pretty healthy eating. Get vegetables put on it too.

Subway is definetly fast food. the main problem with it is that the bread is not healthy at all, not even the sudo-wheat bread that they sell. If you are on a weight reduction (fat loss) diet I definetly would not be eating there on a regular basis.
