I'm looking for offical US military MREs not civilian type by Ameriqual, Sopakco or Wornick. I know the government has been cracking down on the sale of MREs intended for hurricane and other natual disater victims, but those are the only ones I buy. The place where I used to get them for $5.50 now charges around $7 bucks each. I allready keep an eye on eBay, but you can't trust these sellers.

If you can't get them through Army, Navy surplus, then they are not for sale and only used in disaster relief efforts. ie, Hurricane, Tornados, Drastic floods etc... And Military Drops to poor victims. That I know of.

we used to have a lot of that here in the Philippines at the US military bases. when they left, they also gave away their stocks to the community. the enterprising ones sold it while others kept it as memorabilia. i haven't seen one for a long time so I guess there are no more to be had.
