I'm thinking about using crest white strips for a few weeks. I know it removes enamel. Does that enamel eventually come back. Casue I want to try the strips again in six months.

Crest White Strips do not remove enamel, but enamel removed is gone forever.

Unfortunately enamel never grows back. And Crest white strips do not remove enamel. The ingredient (hydrogen peroxide) removes the stains by reacting with the stains that are embedded in the enamel, and this stain removal isn't possible by simply brushing with ordinary or "teeth whitening" toothpaste.

Crest white strips are available in 6 versions with different whitening power (from 6% hydrogen peroxide to 14% hydrogen peroxide), including classic, professional, premium plus and renewal.

If you were to use any kind of teeth whitening strips I would recommend Maxodent at www.maxodentstrips.com (it has 14% hydrogen peroxide, which is darn effective and what dentists use)

If only a thin layer of enamel is removed, it will remineralize within 48 hours.
