First, It is important to remember that there is no such thing as spot reduction of fat anywhere on the body. Fat comes off evenly on the body as a whole. That being said, the generally accepted rule in exercise is that more fat is burned DURING exercise when activity is performed at a lower intensity. High intensity workouts, though, while perhaps burning a lower percentage of body fat during actual exercise, tend to result in more calories burned and a bigger boost to the metabolism, so that your body will burn more fat around the clock. Sprinting is a great "interval" type of exercise that provides a great boost to your metabolism. I might recommend doing a combination of both high intensity sprinting or similar exercise combined with a lower intensity but longer duration exercise like jogging. Search the web also, you'll find a ton of information. Good luck!

All myth.

Eat only when hungry. No more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

i think the best way to tone your belly up is crunches! not sit ups. lay on you back with you feet together and knee's bent. now look up at the ceiling and pull yourself up, using you stomach muscles, and hold for 3 seconds. repeat that 15 times. and do it every day!
