Most places have a minimum charge for work done. This sounds like it would fit under/around that - I suspect it could be done in 30 minutes, maybe an hour (depending on shading/coloring, etc). Figure $100 or less?

why so small? it'll look like a mole or something. i'd go a little bigger..

any decent place would do something that small for $40-$50... but honestly that is the worst tattoo idea I've ever heard.
