I need to loose 20 pounds,i find that i eat pretty healthy w/small portions but i noticed since i had my second daugther that my metabolism slowed and i have no energy.I babysit 5 kids during the day so by the time they are gone i would love to exercise and clean my house but no matter how hard i try i cant finde 1oz of energy to exercise,i know that once i get moving im dropping the weight,so please if any one nows what i can take other than water and vegetables etc .HELP!!!!!
