I need to loose 20 pounds,i find that i eat pretty healthy w/small portions but i noticed since i had my second daugther that my metabolism slowed and i have no energy.I babysit 5 kids during the day so by the time they are gone i would love to exercise and clean my house but no matter how hard i try i cant finde 1oz of energy to exercise,i know that once i get moving im dropping the weight,so please if any one nows what i can take other than water and vegetables etc .HELP!!!!!

Eat only when hungry. No more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Hi buddy

Take foods which are rich in nutrition. You take dry fruits like almonds, raisons, nuts and take foods like cheese. You do exercise daily morning. You can take chicken and mutton soup. This will really give you lot of energy. To get many healthy tips just take a minute to visit the link.

just force yourself to exercise and it will be terrible at first. but after a month or so you will feel so much better and have more energy.
