Saute it with onions, garlic, mustard and ketchup. Fry an egg and serve it with steamed rice. Instant Spanish meal (arroz ala Cubana).

Slice it and toss fry with green vegetables and a little garlic, little black pepper & soy sauce. Serve with steamed rice or a macaroni salad on the side.

Or season lightly and cook the beef and cube it, add it to a macaroni salad with minced green onions, celery, and tomato, hard boiled egg, and a little mayonnaise, salt & pepper.

How about a nice pastie.
Just mix mince with some vegies, maybe put in some bacon, if you have it. Add some of your favourite sauce.
Cut out a circle of pastry and put it on a greased oven tray.. Place mince mixture on one half of the pastry, fold over and seal with fork.
Brush over with some milk, and stick it in the oven,180 degrees C, for about 30 minutes. Enjoy.

Have you tried stir fry with mushrooms and onions and garlic ?

How about stir fry it with a little Lipton onion mix , then on top of a bed of Boston Lettuce

Dessert: Raspberries, Mango and Ice cream

i would cook it with an onion and an egg over medium heat and thenput in on a piece of taost and eat it
