Every other day, I get these strange cravings, causing me to run to the fridge and drink/eat some form of citrus. Does this ever happen to you? Could these cravings be a sign of a medical ailment?

It happens when your body needs certain vitamins. Your brain translates that into whatever you're craving. It happens to me a lot. Thank goodness I don't crave dirt! :o)

I wonder if you're vitamin C deficient... You might want to buy some chewable vitamin C (500 mg. is a good dosage) to suppliment your diet. It's inexpensive (you can buy a good generic brand in your favorite grocery store's drug section). It's a rare problem to have in this day and age... -But since our bodies can't store vitamin C, it's JUST possible your craving might be YOUR body's way of telling you it's using it up too fast. Get some- & see what happens (it tastes good- by the way, like citrus). Otherwise- you can always drink more O.J. ... :)
