i was wondering how much points i would get a day, and everything else, etc. i already have a weight watcher calculator and everything i just need to know how many points i can eat a day. THANK YOU! here is my info
Hight: 5' 10"
Weight: 215
Gender: Male
and im 18 if it matters.

I personally LOVE weightwatchers, I have been on it for 5 weeks now, and I have lost almost 20 pounds.

You would need to eat about 26 points per day.

Check the link I posted, it tells you the points you need as you loose weight.

Why bother?

Eat only when hungry. No more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

for men 18+140kg and over should consume 24 point a day . also the point can go up if you do exercise for example running for 30min you earn extra 2point ect.
