For a seventeen-almost eighteen year old guy to be attracted to 13-14 year old girls? I mean, I would never act on my attractions, but for some reason, I get attracted when I probably shouldn't.

you cant help who your attracted to. it would be in your favor if it was older women but i guess for you it's just younger women. as long as you know that you cant act on it there isnt a problem. as long as your 17 still you should date someone who is 15. that's only two years younger than you. that's not that weird and not that unheard of.

It's not so much the age difference as it is the relative ages. When you're 30, a 25 year-old woman will be just fine. When you're 18, and you're dating a girl whose 13 or 14, you're in for trouble. It's not about whether or not you're in love, it's about what the law says. Why does the law step in here? Because the law considers that a girl under the age of 18 is too young to fully understand and appreciate some of the things she might be tempted to do. Why 18? Because it's arbitrary...just like 21 for drinking and 16 for driving. Obviously some people are more capable than others at any given age. I've met 30 year old adults who shouldn't be allowed to date, shouldn't be allowed to drink or even drive. But the law has picked the ages and all you can do is live with it.

it depends why youre attracted. if youre attracted becasue it makes you feel powerful, like you could manipulate them and stuff, then thats a problem. if you approach a 14 yr old honestly then it could be okay, but you have to make sure to recognize that your older age is something you have to be responsible for. shes putting extra trust in you quite possibly based on thinking of you as a "mature guy" so you shoudlt take advantage. 13 is to young tho, give her some time to understand her changing hormones and stuff.

well ahh try to stop cause i have to addmit if a 17 year old liked me it would be really weird but i could live with it. sorry not much advice but your hearing it form a 13-14 year old girls point of veiw!!!

Its not wrong...
they are not that young for you...
attraction doesnt go with age...
it is how you see them...
even when you should not be seeing them... its the inner sense which says... matches me the best (I Think so or it would be great if I talk to that girl and she responds me in a great way)..

my parents married when my dad was 18 or 19 and my mom was 14 this was a really long time ago lol but it's not that bad but when u start gettin 20 and up now thats scary................it just sounds bad
