It happens a few times a day and also has happened when i was driving. I almost got into an accident once.. Also, sometimes after it happens i get a serious migrane, but not always. You're going to have to make your health a priority and come up with a plan to see a doctor. You should get insurance now. There are affordable plans out there, you just have to do your research and budget that payment into your bills somehow. Your health care should be one of your absolute TOP concerns, especially if you were born with heart problems. What you're experiencing very well could be heart problems related to the condition you were born with. Don't learn the hard way that you shouldn't take your health for granted. It's not normal to get dizzy like that regularly. That often happens to people who have low blood pressure, for example.
You say you are a healthy 20 year old, but you were born with a heart condition that really makes you vulnerable. Sometimes it doesn't matter how active you are or how well you eat. Things you don't even suspect can still go wrong. Go see a doctor. Make it your top priority. Then get yourself some health insurance. If finances are a problem, you may find a free clinic or a clinic that uses a sliding scale based on your income to determine what you pay. Sometimes you don't have to pay at all.

My wife (currently 25) has had these symptoms also, stemming from uncontrolled migraines. There are preventative medications for migraines. It also may be vertigo, which also has preventative medications. If these symptoms are just recently started, I tend to think it's not related to your heart problem unless something has changed with that.

Short answer: Try to get some sort of insurance as quick as you can (check out welfare in your area, or other options at a local hospital). Hospitals don't like it, but you can substitute a primary care physician with them temporarily. Symptoms as vague as dizzy spells and migraines could be nothing or it could be serious. Bug all the professionals you can to get some sort of help!

I do not think your bicuspid valve is causing these problems since you were born with it and you have not been having dizzy spells your whole life. My guess would be some type of inner ear infection. Without going into detail, we get our balance from our inner ear and when we get an infection, it can sometimes cause us to feel dizzy or lose our balance and could also explain the migranes or headaches. Hope you start feeling better!

You could have vertigo. It has to do with your middle ear crystals floating and this puts your balance off and makes you feel dizzy and sometimes nauseous, but you really should go see a doctor, especially because of your heart.
