It hurts like hell. I'll never ever try it again .Its also a great way to contract HIV as condoms don't fully protect you. The lining of the rectum is rougher than vaginal tissue and can cause tiny holes in a condom. If you don't use a condom ( ew!) Consider that there can be bleeding, further exposing you to STDs. Plus there is the issue of poo which I find revolting and if I were a man that is something I wouldnt want on my wang.

It's actually a very bad idea. The tissue in your rectum does not stretch and it's very thin so it can tear and cause permanent problems. There are soooo many other sex games to play why go there! LOL Shoot you can have all kinds of fun without damaging yourself or your partner for life!

Try this, find an object about the size of a penis and put it in your rear...there's your answer.
Every Gynecologist I have had has cautioned me against it. Germs are absorbed more readily through the rectal tissues.
Personally, the only boyfriends I have ever had with an interest in it also "happened" to have a slightly smaller penis than average.

i think it would be painful for a women, because the anus is small. well it would also depend on how large the penis is.
it is safe as long as it is practiced right, with lots of lubricant and a condom.
i am woman and I do not like nor I wish to try it. It just seems wrong to me.
