Eeerrr not to bust your bubble but... you need to get in a relationship with her first. If you just blabber it out, that would really put her off. Start off slow and get yourself and her in a relationship first before any declaration of feelings... girls hate that

well to let the girl you love know how much you really care about her do something creative something unique something she could always remember maybe a walk in the beach during the sunset or something surprising (GOOD LUCK)
