Is it possile for a rouge country to make a mind control sattelite and mind control other leaders of the world to join and become a part of that country?

Yes, but its far more easier and economical to create a Chicken Ray Sattelite and turn the entire population of another country into chickens.
You can then take over said country and conquer / eat its inhabitants.
Mind you this creates a extremely large amount of chicken poop which smells frightfully bad. But on the up side it does wonders for the garden.

yes, unfourtunatly the rouge country is the US. and a satillite is only part of it. The attack is classified as shzizophrania. listen to bush's banned speach on youtube. And know when you hear the statment the voices made me doit that person is not insane they are being attackt by the C.I.A.

Breakthrough in technology had enabled mind waves to control computers, why not reverse it?
Comic books and movies though highly entertaining, serves as a matrix which our imagination will soar. So don't diss off everything you see in a comic book as BS.
