Inwards. We can only show love and patience if we are dying to self daily and not busy pointing fingers at or slamming anyone else.

Christ's emphasis was towards the inner uncleanliness that had polluted the jewish society prevaing under auspices of priesthood of the that time.It had made the life of the poor and the innocent very miserable;as such inwards of socalled godly people was badly affecting their outwards.Whatever is the level of bigotary, one cannot conceal his inward for a long time;it is definitely demonstrated by his outward in the longrun.

I always put shiny in - but I don't think it really matters. Aluminium foil typically has a highly reflective side and a more matte side. This is a result of common manufacturing processes. As aluminium foil is easy to tear, the foil is sent through machines in pairs. The side where the aluminium foil was in contact with the other sheet is more matte than the exterior side. This difference in the finish has led to the perception that favoring a side has an effect when cooking. While many believe that the shiny side's reflective properties keep heat in when wrapped on the interior and keep heat out when facing exterior, the actual difference is imperceptible without instrumentation [

BOTH.
Inward to recognise who and what we are.
0utward (or upward!) to see that we are loved
and also outward in love to other people.
Not all issues are either/or....many are both.
