All you need to do is make eye contact with people. If you can start doing that and eventually add a little smile you will come across as mysterious and sexy!

Well sweetie, i say its still nice that you somehow got an outlet like playing the guitar. But if being shy or an introvert is really in your personality, don't fight it. Nothing is wrong with you, just that some people are born being comfortable even when alone.. But should you want to take some changes in you....you got to take it one step at a time. Dont be in a hurry...
Start getting in touch with the people who have been a part of your life and those people whom you feel comfortable with. Just hang out with them whenever you feel like it. I suggest you pick one person and start saying how you feel about things. This will somehow build up trust between you and that person.
As for approaching the opposite sex, again, take it easy. The only time youll feel comfortable communicating with them is when you feel youre confident enough to express yourself.
I hope I was able to be of help and don't be worrying much..Everything will be better i hope =)

Well, to start off...getting involved in some new activities is a good way to boost up your confidence. It allows you to socialize and learn from the interactions you will encounter. A definite plus in the helping of getting rid of shyness. The main thing is to not worry so much about what people may think about you, whether you're have something interesting to say or not, you are you. Not everyone is going to agree or enjoy what you say, its only natural. But know that there are people out there who can and will relate to you. How you get there to that point is all on you. And as for approaching guys, imagine they aren't the next potential date and let it flow...becoming friends is easier and anything can go from there. Just think about this phrase, "Go for it!"

It takes confidence and practice. You basically just have to try it, you might make a fool of yourself a couple times but if you keep trying you have one or two good conversations and it will in turn raise your confidence.
Another way of building confidence is to know yourself really well and know how cool you are. And have the additude that if you make a mistake and they don't like you because of it, then they aren't right for you. Like I get nervous when talking to girls, my hands get shaky, and if a girl is too good for a guy like that then she can go to hell for all I care.

I know you probably already know the answer to this, but put your self in a position to first be comfortable with yourself, after that than take another step. Baby steps. Try getting involved with bigger groups of people first, and don't feel threatened by your feelings, or afraid to be frank. I've been there myself. My dad used to say, just imagine everyone being naked around you, that should bring a snicker to your face. Kinda like a recital.

All you have to do is play your guitar at your schools talent show. Lights, Cameera, and Action. Tell them they call you by a nickname. If that doesnt work say hi to everybody at your school. Get everybody's name and give them a valentines card. If that doesnt work ivite people to your party.
Talk about upcoming things like partys, whos dating who, or school work. Or just be yourself sometime people are funny and dont know.

Shyness in women usually comes from the knowledge that you are not as attractive as other women.
Perhaps you should invest in some cosmetic surgery. Once you look good, you'll feel good and will not be so shy.
