....so that the reader need only click on one word (highlighted in blue and underlined) rather than the whole address line (highlighted in blue & underlined). I really should know how to do this it my age....

click on the link icon in the email then type the word you want to use in the pull down screen that pops up.

OK so heres the deal, this is going to be tough but hopefully I'll walk you through it.. I'm going to give you the HTML coding for this I hope it works so you see the coding and not just the link... and all you have to do is change it up and I show you how...:

now what you should see is the line: click here to see my site
although the word "site" (with out the quotations) is linked up to my actual site (http://4einc.info)
it's currently in bold and what I suggest you do (hopefully you see the code end of things) is take my line and edit it the word that you want linked up change with the word "site" and then change up the words: "click here to see my" to anything you want...

I hope I explained it well enough for you to understand, if not be sure to drop my wife (since this is under her account) a message I'll do what I can to help you through it or I'll just set things up myself and send you the coding back for you to see and input into the email (psst a thumbs up an stars would be nice ;) )
