Everyone has "bad days" but do see a connection with your short temper to be timed with your period? It is normal for women to get crazed right after ovulation and before their period-- you are experiencing hormone imbalances at this time, and you may be having a REAL hormone imbalance that you should see a doctor for. Women are so stressed between their jobs, their homes, their finances, during that time of the month, we really cannot deal with everything evenly as we normally do the rest of the month... see your doctor and have him./her run a simple blood test to make sure that your levels are within normal limits-- abnormal hormone levels leads to other problems like depression , anxiety and cysts on your ovaries and other female disorders like infertility, not to mention weight GAIN.

A quick destressor in the meantime is to close your eyes when you feel you are ready to "lose it", breathe slowly through your nose and think of the most beautiful place you would like to be- for me it's the beach- I feel the sun beating on me, the sand sifting through my fingers and I'm playing in the sand with my toes while I'm listening to the ocean rush in and caress the sand, and oh yes, there are great lifeguards and I'm sipping a pina colada' and of course, I'm a size 0!!! If you're gonna hallucinate you might as well make it a good one--- seriously, no joke, try this and see your doc---good luck to you

That might be a sign you are angry with yourself for refusing to do what you know for sure that you should have done when these issues surfaced.. Dr Laura Schlessinger's fav quote is "Now, go do the right thing". cause you already have built into your soul the ability to discern right from wrong.. OR It might just be that recently you have begun to realize that all your friends are a bunch of ditzes that you need to dump! Prayer helps,, this I know. Jesus has always come through for me..

Sounds like me lately...going through things in our life, we tend to get angry at times, and sometimes meds can help, but, anger is really just a cover-up for being scared or fear...so, take a breath, think before you talk, and if you feel like you need a counselor or something go see one there is nothing wronge with that to help you through this...you need to get this under control, so one day you don't blow-up at the wronge person at the wronge time, but, I have the same thing right now, and know I have to do something about it, and I'm going to see a counselor, and just talk it out...and I know what I'm angry about, but, it still helps to talk it out with someone who won't judge you, but exercise, try and relax, let time pass, talk with people about it, and think before you say something you'll regret...good luck

Are you consuming a lot of products that contain caffeine or similar chemicals such as coffee, tea, energy drinks "fat burning" or "green tea" extract type supplements? If so, you may consider cutting yourself off for a while to see if that helps. These types of chemicals can render you nervous and anxious

Are you getting 30-60 minutes of exercises a day ? If not, you may want to exercises 3-5 times a week with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, this will release chemicals in your brain that will relax you and help you sleep better.

Are you experiencing headaches ?

sounds like a withdrawal problem. Search it or you won't have any friend any longer. Maybe you need to be alone and cry it out. Don't expect your results all the time. Consider others too. Maybe you need to look at people in low places. Homeless people , street people. Look at them. Maybe your true feelings will sink in. You can help yourself than those of less than zero.

I'd try to find a counselor and work with them. They may (or may not) suggest medication and therapy sessions for you. Once you work on the personal issues, you'll likely go back to being yourself.

Please, as strange as this may sound, ASAP go to your dr! Why? Moods can be a sign of diabetes. My ex bf gets in bad moods when his sugar is too high. Whatever your personal issues are, please, if you aren't already, consider seeking counseling for that. I wish you the best. Take care.

Go to a psychologist, you may have bi-polar, stress issues and anxiety.
