I want to get healthy. I've taken up yoga and would be like to eat organic and healthy foods.
But I am underweight, and absolutely don't want to lose any.
What can I eat?

the guidelines for being underweight have changed a lot in the last few decades. What's now categorized as being underweight is sometimes very healthy. if you're eating healthy and getting regular exercise and you feel good, you are probably healthier than most people that are in the average category. unless you have health issues related to your weight, don't worry about it. And if you are eating healthy and exercising, you won't become emaciated. Just make sure that in addition to eating organic, you are balancing your foods.

eating healthy foods won't usually make you loose weight as long as your not eating incredibley small portions. you can eat healthy and organic foods while following the food pyramid. safeway has a small organic section as well as trader joes. HEALTHY FOODS ARE NOT THE SAME AS DIET FOODS!!!!

if food was your only source of pleasure make sure to reconnect with other things you enjoy music sports volunteer work or movies for example

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more

try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats
