Can I sell a car in Pennsylvania if I do not have a valid US drivers licence?

You are not required to have a driver's license to sell a car. If you need to prove that you are the legal owner, then you better be the same person that's shown on the title and have valid i.d. to prove it.

Why not? You're selling the car, not driving it.

I don't believe there is a law anywhere that prevents an owner from selling a car, driver's license or not.
