I used to get sugar cravings real bad before I cleansed my body from addictive food additives such as MSG and High Fructose Corn Syrup. Now I get a mild craving before my period and I am satisfied with a small piece of pure chocolate.
The trick here is to first rid yourself from the addictive food chemicals. I started this two years ago and now I don't get any cravings. My appetite is only there when I am hungry at breakfast and I don't get hungry again until dinner and that's it. I find it strange but I know it is because I quit the msg and the high fructose corn syrup. I basically am never hungry anymore.
So the moral of the story is give it a try. Quit these harmful ingredients and see if your appetite doesn't literally go away.

I don't take any vitamins or supplements since I eat a balanced organic diet. I did add salmon oil for my skin and certain vitamins that I feel I may be short on, but that's it. Your body benefits more when you eat the actual product. You may want to look into coconut oil for cooking since this really helps you loose weight and will make you look years younger. I have been using it with amazing results. It's like I took 10 years off my face with just one use!!!
