I suggest not being one of "those guys" You know the ones. The guys who wear T-shirts 2 sizes too small to try to make their muscles look bigger, the ones who drink 5 protein shakes a day and take every supplement known to man, and my favorite, the ones who check themselves out in the mirrors at the gym. Those are to make sure you are doing the proper form, not so you can admire yourself.

I've used creatine off and on in the past and have had very successful results with it. They recommend not taking it unless you're 18 or older for whatever reason. Make sure you take it AS DIRECTED because it can jack you up if you don't drink enough water throughout the time while you're on it. Be sure to cycle it too, but as long as you're careful you should be okay.

Creatine may or may not help you, it's hard to say. You can spend your money (a lot of money), on something that may not work for you, or you can continue going to the gym. Your body makes its own creatine anyway.

If you want a real bost i would suggest purchsing whey protein...if your not taking protein already you will more put on more muscle and strength than you can by taking creatine.....your muscles need protein to rebuild...without taking a protein shake your muscles cant grow to their potential...I would steer you away from creatine...it only caused me to be dehydrated all the time

no problem...just make sure to increase your water intake as creatine increases cellular hydration. if you really want to increase your bench you should look into a bench routine like MM2K or something similar.
and please make sure you are training your entire body (legs especially), you don't want to be one of those guys at the gym who looks like they are riding a chicken...lol
