gravity, genetics, or weight fluxuations make breasts sag...so i dont see why wearing one while sleeping would prevent sagging because gravity cant really pull them down to begin whith when you're laying down, only when standing up. plus bras are very uncomfortable while sleeping. if your breasts are going to end up sagging it will happen regaurdless of whether or not you wear a bra at night.

I'm over 50 with a 36D chest and I don't sag. I've never worn a bra while sleeping (what an awful thought!) As several of the other answers said, it's more genetics than anything you might try to do or not do. However, you can help Nature by good posture, not letting yourself get overweight and by doing upper body exercise. Rowing on an ergometer rowing machine is great for lifting your breasts by strengthening the muscles underneath the fatty tissue.

No wearing a bra at night does not prevent sagging! Its best for healthy breasts to get as much blood flow through them as possible. Therefore wearing a bra at night will only restrict blood flow and circulation which might eventually lead to a build up of toxins (since proper drainage will be restricted).

It can prevent it a little but not all the way because if u sleep wit your bra on every night after a while you will notice when you take a shower that your chest may not sag like other peoples do and they may wonder why.

Not really, gravity will always win. Your much better off using a toning / firming cream. There are a lot to choose from, and there is no guarantee that a singe cream will work for everybody. You will just need to try some and find one that works.
You should notice a difference in 3 - 4 weeks. Your breast will tingle slightly and they should look and feel firmer.

I can't imagine wearing a bra to sleep. It's all I can do to wait till I get in the house to take it off!

No. It doesn't. All it does it confine and restrict you. I don't recommend wearing a bra at night because it is uncomfortable and pointless.
Enjoy having bra-free time!
