Anyone else a little tired of the "if you hate Christians so much, move" argument?

Isn't this nation founded on the idea of a market place of ideas, and fighting for political gain?

Why should I move and not fight for my political interests?

I understand that Marx has become a dirty word in this cultute, so using it is an effective way of demonizing the enemy, but the reality of what happened is this, Marx was able to predict with great accuracy some inherent flaws in capitalism. The markets did run out. We did end up with a wealth contribution so great that no one could afford products.

Where Marx was wrong was in failing to see our ability to adapt.

Capitalism adapted some Marxist realities in every Capitalist country on Earth.

Your argument is nothing more then a philosophical demonizing rant that wants a return to the good old days that brought the great depression.

I can just as easily say that the fundamentalist and modern conservative movement is founded in fascist and totalitarean principles.

As for your attack on the ACLU, you hate them because they try and stop you from forcing your will on others.

Read a book and stop the propoganda.

You used the word Marx...and have no idea what it means.

He has a place to pray...NUMEROUS places to pray.....he has his home, he has his Church, he has after school private clubs. Do you folks need to be able to pray everywhere, every minute of the day? Are you marking your territories?

I just love people who feel freedom is a necessity, as long as its for them and others like them. When we try to promote the idea of "seperation of church and state", we're persecuting the poor, defenseless christians. However, when they insist that we accept their way of life or leave, its perfectly acceptable. Its these same people who remember enough in history class to quote the presence of "In God We Trust" on currency, but can't seem to remember that one of the reasons we fought for independence was the right to worship as we please -- incuding not worshipping, at all.

Just a little remedial history lesson for robert p -- the founding fathers of this country were deists, not christians. Deists thought that belief in god should not come from blind faith, but from reason and observations. Deists also did not believe in the holy trinity or in the divinity of Jesus Christ. They also held the idea that god had created the universe perfectly, and nothing could be done to change god's will -- therefore prayer was useless. Does this sound like traditional christian beliefs to you?

The US is not a secular country, it is Judea-Christian. There is a cultural war going on and America is under attack.

First of all, liberalism has socialistic and Marxist roots. The Democratic party has been influenced significantly by liberal thought and have become the Neo-Marxists of today. They have changed the party and made it Marxist leaning. George P. Lakoff from the University of California, Berkeley is one of the fathers of Neo-Marxism and the ACLU and is a major funding and enforcement body that influences liberal and Neo-Marxist thought in the US.

Liberals and Neo-Marxists believe in the following:

-- Christians are obstacles to an "enlightened" society
-- Drugs should be legalized
-- Homosexual marriage is equal to marriage between a man and a woman
-- Against states legally mandating that parents be informed when their underage daughters have abortions
-- Abortion is good for society and is not killing a human being
-- Euthanasia is also good for society and not killing a human being
-- America is harmful to the world
-- We should appease our enemies
-- People should be allowed into the US without legal process and there should be open borders
-- Large socialized & state run programs with high taxation are good for society such as socialized medicine, transportation, media, products and services.
-- Believe in "income redistribution"--that is, the government taxing affluent Americans at a higher proportional rate in order to fund entitlements to the less well off.

Neo-Marxists want to change America by weakening the country as a nation and significantly destroying the social fabric that has been been built over 200 years of our existence. This is a cultural war, the stakes are high, and America is losing its sense of morality.

We live in a free country but that doesn't mean I can throw my trash on the sidewalk or run naked in your backyard. You speak as if your all for freedom yet you want to forbid a kindergartner from praying in school.Maybe your the one who should find someplace else to live and let freedom ring.
