Ohhhh let me count the ways.....hehe! Chocolate is my thing.

I suggest melting it down and dipping something in it that is sweet, so that the flavor won't be so bitter. Try a piece of fruit or candy....I personally love dark chocolate covered pretzels, nuts, and strawberries. Mmmmmm!

By the way, 90% dark is VERY VERY dark....that's almost straight cocoa! Next time, look for 70% or less. :-)

Go buy a box of prepared cake mix or brownies at the grocery store. Store bought mixes are always too sweet. Add some of your crushed chocolate to the mix. Try a little bit (1/2 cup) to see how it works out. Test it on your friends and family.

Lol. When it comes to chocolate, the higher the percentage (this is referring to the percentage of cocoa solids in the chocolate) the more bitter the chocolate is. That means it has less sugar and other things added to it.

I suggest making it into a ganache. In the top of a double boiler (a bowl set over a pot of simmering water), combine equal parts of the chocolate and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth. Remove from heat. Add desired amount of sugar and pour over a cake of your choice.
Or you could also turn them into truffles. Mix in a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm to scoop. Roll into 1" balls and roll in cocoa, powdered sugar, or finely chopped nuts.

Warm some milk in a pot and stir in some vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener of your choice (honey, brown sugar, white sugar etc). Then stir in a few pieces to melt and make a gourmet hot chocolate.

I also love dark chocolate with a nice dry oaky red wine and some strawberries.

90% dark chocolate is very bitter. The best way to use it is to make cookies and cake.

Since you are a kid, give it to your mother - have her melt it with some butter and a little icing [frosting] sugar - then pour it over a cake that you talk her into cooking

good luck

Give it to me.

Seriously, though, just put some sugar on it or something if you think it's not sweet enough.
