All men get many erections during sleep, all night long. It's a natural thing that helps ensure the health of the organ (seriously, look it up). There's really no arousal involved with it, it's just the brain ordering blood to fill it for awhile. Explain that to her if she doesn't understand it.
Most "random boners" happen from age 12 to 16 or so. After that you rarely get an erection during the day without some serious arousal and you can control it much better, so there is light at the end of the tunnel for you.
Just tell her that you're young and it happens a lot and that you're totally attracted to her so that mix just creates them. 2 tell u the truth it feels weird to us at first i know it felt weird to me at first when my boyfriend got one and i felt it b/c he was laying behind me and it was weird but than u get used to it but ya its normal for a guy to get one when he feels comfortable with a girl and that u want to be with them it just normal dont worry about it if she feels it and asks u what that feeling is just tell her and dont lie about it

its normal for this to happen. she may like knowing that your attracted to her. if she is shy about it, try to keep some space between you when u get hard so she cant feel it. good luck!!!
