looks french to me...I def dont think that this is spanish :-) hahaha yeah I ran it through the translator it means:

so yeah thats what it means

That's French, not Spanish. Lucky for you I speak both :p. It says: If you do not think that love conquers all, then what is the goal/aim of it?
