Help with Photoshop CS Action Recording?

Question

I recorded an action that copies a marquee area, opens a new file, pastes it, resizes it, and goes to the save to web dialog. It always wants to save the file, but with the same name, indicating the action should be able to complete my task because it tried to save the .jpg. How do I get it to save and auto name (such as file12, file13, file 14 etc.) so it won't try to replace the file with the same name? Thanks!

Im pretty sure, PS wont change the file name for you.
1 of the problems Ive ran into over the years of messing with actions.

1 solutions is to direct it to a different folder to save the new images.
