It really does depend on what you're looking for, but I've put a couple in here that I would eat, and I'm damn picky :>.
Breakfast:
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground pork breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 pounds tater tots
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and spread evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread cheese over sausage.
In large bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over cheese. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point).Top with tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Lunch/Dinner
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds tater tots, thawed
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
paprika to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
In a large mixing bowl combine tater tots, soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt and softened butter; mix well. Transfer to casserole dish. In a medium bowl combine cereal and melted butter; spread over casserole. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese (use more or less according to your taste) and paprika.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until browned. (Note: It's a good idea to put a cookie sheet under the casserole dish, in case it bubbles over while cooking.)
INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can French-style green beans, drained
1 (32 ounce) package tater tots, thawed
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Saute onion in a large skillet until soft; add beef and sausage and cook until browned. Drain set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread soup and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Slowly add meat mixture, then top with tater tots and season with salt to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 45 minutes, or until casserole is cooked through.

You'll need a bag of tator tots, a can of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups of milk, a handful of shredded cheese, 6 slices of american cheese and 1 pound of hamburger. Brown the hamburger, like you would for anything else. In a medium size sauce pan, heat the soup and the milk together. Add the shredded cheese. You can add as much or as little as you want. It's up to your taste. I like a lot of cheese, so I add about a 3/4 of cup. But again, it's to your liking. Put the tator tots into a 9x13 baking dish. Add the soup/milk mix to the hamburger and stir together. After it's blended, pour over the tator tots. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350. After 40 minutes, remove from the oven, add the sliced cheese to the top (you could even use shredded cheese) and put back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. You may want to let it sit for 5-10 minutes to let it cool and settle. It can be a little soupy if you dish it out too soon. This is the way I make it. There are a billion ways to make it. 8 servings
1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 10 ozs tater tots, thawed
1/2 c onions, chopped 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp black pepper 2/3 c water
15 1/4 ozs canned corn, drained
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add salt, black pepper, and corn. Mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Arrange tater tots on top. In a small bowl, combine soup and water. Pour mixture over top tater tots in dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

1 lb. ground round or chuck

In glass baking dish, pat raw meat into bottom and a little up sides of pan. Layer tater tots evenly over meat. Mix soup with 1 can milk. Pour over meat & tater tots. Bake at 350 uncovered for about 45 min. to an hour. Use leanest meat possible to avoid lots of grease. Drain off grease when casserole is brown and bubbly. Let sit for 10-15 min before serving.

1 (19 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread hamburger into bottom of pan, covering entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer frozen veggies as next layer. Cover with the soup, straight from the can, carefully spreading with spatula to cover entirely.
Layer tater tots on top, covering entire top with tots. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees) for 1 hour, or until hamburger is done. Check after 30 minutes; if tots are getting too brown, turn down to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).

ok this is my fave dinner yummy
2 pounds ground beef
frozen mixed veggies 1 large bag
cream of mushroom soup 1 or 2 large cans
Tater tots 1 large bag
and cheese
Brown the meat
add everything together except cheese
put into casserole dish bake at 375 for an hour to an hour and a half
last 10 minutes grate cheese on top

frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef.
3. Saute onion.
4. In a casserole dish, combine ground beef, sauteed onion, cream of celery soup.
5. Top mixture with tater tots.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top of tater tots.

Mexican Tater Tot Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can sliced black olives
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1 can corn, drained
1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
frozen tater tots
Brown meat and onion; drain. Mix in sauce, olives,
and seasonings. Heat through. Spread in 13x9-inch pan.
Cover meat with corn, and cover corn with cheese.
Place tater tots evenly over casserole until it is completely
covered. Bake according to tater tots package, stopping
halfway through to "turn" tater tots (otherwise the bottoms
may still be cold).
TATER TOT CASSEROLE
(This is a pretty popular recipe that has been passed around a lot! Don't know
where it originated from.)
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lbs of browned and drained ground beef
1 or 2 Family size cans of Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup
bag of tater tots
minced onions (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Brown the ground beef, drain. Put in sprayed dish (Pam). Pour soup over~~add
just enough water to thin the mixture a little. Mix in minced onions if wanted.
Put tater tots on top of casserole. Bake til hot and bubbly at 350 degrees for
approx. 30 minutes or so.
Serve w/salad and buttered bread.
Tater Tot Casserole
2 lbs. Ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag tater tots
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat Oven 425
Brown and season ground beef. in 9 x 13 casserole dish layer tater tots ground
beef then spread the soups over ground beef and top with mozzarella cheese
Bake for at least one half hour or until hot all
the way through.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving
Variations. Use ground turkey instead of ground beef and you can use different
cream soups and cheddar cheese soup.
Tater Tot Casserole
1 pound hamburger meat
1 bag tater tots ( 16 oz)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk
Brown the hamburger in a skillet. normally put my tater tots in the
oven and begin letting them brown, use a baking pan for this. When
hamburger is done , drain off the excess grease. When the meat has drained,
then sprinkle it over the tater tots. then mix my can of
cream of mushroom soup and a can of milk. pour this over the tater
tots and hamburger. put the pan in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
serve it with homemade biscuits or a salad.
