I need some high protein, quick meals that i can cook and eat in 45 minutes or less. I lift weights, and am trying to eat 160-180 grams per day!

don't know if you still live in the dorms of off campus but the George Foreman grill is great for quick meals. you can cook a chicken breaks or hamburger in 5-6 minutes. It may not sound very appetizing but chicken and oatmeal or a hamburger (made with lean beef and no bun) with oatmeal. they will both keep you going for many hours and keep insulin levels stable.
