Your mind (brain). Once you've been around a while you come to realize that most of sex/sexuality actually goes on in the brain - not in your genitals. Because if the mind/brain doesn't like who your with/what's happening/ etc..... then the rest isn't going to function anyways!
If you are speaking specific parts - I still say mind/brain. Personally, I would much rather be with someone that is intelligent than some Hollywood Pretty Boy type that hasn't got a clue of what life and laughter is all about. And I know for a fact most of the women I know feel the same way.
