They're red dots all over my legs. They kinda look like razor burn but they're all over my legs and they're there even when I don't shave. I also have them on the upper part of my arms. I've had them for years, they don't go away. So I'm wondering what it is because they were just brought to my attention again, and they bother me.

only thing i know what looks like, is like tiny freckles but its red coloured. They're fine if you leave them alone. But like anything if you're not get it checked and keep an eye on them that they do not change

Are they tender? If not don't worry about it, you can go see a dermatologist they may tell you to take an antihistamine or use cortisone, but be careful it can thin the skin over time.

oh hah .
lots of my friends have that ,
its from sweat and the pours get clogged
its no big deal they will go away iventualy .
