Percentage of CIA new hires via Military past?

Its gonna depend on what you do in the military. My friend was in Marine Recon and they approached him and some of his buddies, he did not even have to apply. Intelligence and Special Operations people are usually hired.

According to the 2-19-2007 Washington Post, 1 out of 6 new CIA hires have military experience. I only know 3 CIA agents & none of them have military experience.
